'Bible (KJV) NT 02: Mark' Summary
The Gospel of Mark begins with the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist. Jesus then begins his ministry in Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God and healing the sick. He calls twelve disciples to follow him, and they travel with him as he preaches and performs miracles. Jesus' ministry is met with opposition from the religious leaders, and he is eventually arrested and crucified. However, Jesus rises from the dead on the third day, and appears to his disciples. The Gospel of Mark ends with the disciples going out to preach the gospel to all nations.Book Details
