Celtic Tales, Told to the Children
'Celtic Tales, Told to the Children' Summary
The book tells the story of Felim, a warrior and harper who lives in the castle of Concobar, the great King of Erin. When Concobar and his chief lords visit the castle, Felim is tasked with entertaining them with his music. He plays his harp and sings songs of the beauty of Erin and the wonder of Concobar's palace. The lords are so impressed by Felim's music that they ask him to join them on their journey to the other kingdoms of Erin. Felim agrees, and he sets out on a series of adventures with the lords. Along the way, he encounters many strange and wonderful creatures, including giants, fairies, and talking animals. He also learns about the history and culture of Erin, and he witnesses the bravery and kindness of the Celtic people.Book Details
