'Lorelei of the Red Mist' Summary
Ray Starke, a small-time criminal, crashes his shuttle while trying to escape pursuit after robbing a payroll worth millions of credits. When he comes to, he finds himself in the care of Lorelei, an alien woman who tells him that he is dying. However, she offers him a chance to live by transferring his consciousness into another body. Ray accepts and wakes up in the body of a young man named Kel. Lorelei explains that Kel is a member of a group of rebels who are fighting against an oppressive government. Ray joins the rebels and uses his criminal skills to help them in their fight. Along the way, he falls in love with Lorelei and discovers that there is more to life than just money and crime.Book Details
