'Bobbsey Twins at Snow Lodge' Summary
The Bobbsey Twins, Bert and Nan, are back at school after a fun summer vacation. However, their school year takes a turn for the worse when their classmate, Danny Rugg, starts playing tricks on everyone, including Bert. When a giant snowball is mysteriously frozen to the school steps, Danny falsely accuses Bert of the prank. Despite Bert's protests, all evidence points against him, causing the twins to fear that they might miss their eagerly anticipated trip to Snow Lodge for the holidays. As the holidays draw near, Nan and Bert, along with their friends Freddie and Flossie, embark on their journey to Snow Lodge. They face wintery challenges, explore a frozen lake, and discover a hidden treasure that leads them on a captivating adventure. Along the way, they encounter a mysterious old lady who seeks their help in restoring a long-lost friendship. Through their investigation, the twins learn that Danny Rugg's behavior stems from a past betrayal and are able to mend the broken friendship by uncovering the truth. With Danny's character redeemed and Bert's name cleared, the Bobbsey Twins enjoy a joyful Christmas at Snow Lodge, filled with adventure, friendship, and the warmth of the holidays.Book Details
