'How Betsey and I Made Up' Summary
Betsey and her husband have a disagreement. Betsey is angry with her husband for not helping her with the chores, and she tells him to leave. Her husband leaves, and Betsey is left alone to do all the work. She realizes that she misses her husband, and she goes to find him. They make up, and Betsey forgives her husband. The poem ends with the couple happily reunited.Book Details
