Leonce und Lena ist ein satirisches Lustspiel von Georg Büchner, das sich mit den Themen Liebe, Freiheit und der Rolle des Einzelnen in der Gesellschaft auseinandersetzt. Prinz Leonce und Prinzessin Lena, die aus gelangweilter Langeweile und gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen ein arrangiertes Leben führen, fliehen aus ihren Königreichen und treffen zufällig in Italien aufeinander. Ohne die Identität des jeweils anderen zu kennen, erkennen sie ineinander ihre Seelenverwandten. Ihre Flucht vor der ihnen zugedachten Rolle wird zum Aufbruch in die Freiheit und zu einer Suche nach Sinn und Selbstfindung.Book Details
