'Ὁμήρου Ὀδύσσεια (Ραψῳδία 06) - The Odyssey (Book 06)' Summary
Odyssey begins with Odysseus still stranded on the island of Calypso, where he has been held captive for seven years. With the help of the goddess Athena, Odysseus finally escapes from Calypso's island and sets sail for home. However, his journey is not easy, and he faces many challenges along the way. He is shipwrecked on the island of Scheria, where he is befriended by the Phaeacians. The Phaeacians help Odysseus build a new ship, and he finally sets sail for Ithaca. However, Odysseus's journey is still not over. When he finally arrives in Ithaca, he finds that his home has been overrun by suitors who are vying for the hand of his wife, Penelope. Odysseus must use all of his cunning and strength to defeat the suitors and reclaim his home and his family.Book Details
