'Polaris of the Snows' Summary
Polaris Janess, born in the desolate Antarctic wilderness, finds himself alone after his father's death. Seeking companionship and a life beyond the ice, he journeys north with his loyal dog team. He rescues Rose Emer, an American heiress separated from her exploring party, and together they discover the hidden valley of Sardanes. Within this hidden realm, a thriving community of ancient Greeks survives in an unexpected oasis. Though tempted by the warmth and culture of Sardanes, Polaris and Rose yearn for their respective homes. Navigating their budding love and their desire for freedom, they face challenges within the valley and risks in their attempt to escape. This story follows their journey through the frozen wasteland, their encounter with a lost civilization, and the blossoming of their bond amidst the harsh beauty of Antarctica.Book Details
