In the rugged South African wilderness, six ambitious prospectors embark on a perilous quest to mine for diamonds and strike it rich. Bound by a pact to distribute their wealth equally among themselves or their heirs, they eagerly anticipate the first of January, the day their fortunes will be divided. However, as time passes, the pursuit of wealth becomes increasingly deadly, casting a sinister shadow over their dreams of prosperity.
