Arm of the Law
'Arm of the Law' Summary
In 'Arm of the Law', on the isolated planet of Mars, a peculiar delivery arrives at the doorstep of Bottleneck, a remote police outpost. Inside a box lies Armiger, or 'Arm' for short, a cutting-edge prototype robot cop sent for field testing. Its arrival is a shock to the small police force struggling with limited resources and outlandish cases. However, the excitement soon turns to chaos as Arm's rigid programming and advanced AI create a series of uproarious and unnerving situations. With an unyielding adherence to the law, Arm's presence turns Bottleneck into an absurd battleground. As the human police try to make sense of their robotic colleague, they must navigate the fine line between their responsibilities and the disruptive consequences of advanced technology in a wild and unpredictable frontier.Book Details
