The Crimson Circle is a secret gang that spreads fear through extortion and murder. Its members are a diverse group, ranging from wealthy bankers to petty criminals, and none of them know each other. When a beautiful young woman named Thalia Drummond becomes involved with the gang, Chief Inspector Parr and private detective Derrick Yale are called in to investigate. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a complex web of lies and deceit, and they soon realize that the Crimson Circle is more dangerous than they ever imagined.
