'Fausto' Summary
En 'Fausto', el gaucho Anastasio, apodado 'El Pollo', se encuentra con su amigo Laguna en el camino. Mientras sus caballos descansan, 'El Pollo' le revela a Laguna que ha visto al Diablo durante su visita al Teatro Colón en Buenos Aires. Laguna, acompañado por varios tragos de ginebra, escucha la historia de Fausto, una versión satírica del famoso mito alemán. 'El Pollo' describe cómo el Diablo le ofrece riquezas y placeres a cambio de su alma, pero el gaucho, fiel a su código de honor y su amor por la vida simple, rechaza la oferta.
