'Kinderen van Kapitein Grant' Summary
Het verhaal begint met een fles die aanspoelt op de Schotse kust. In de fles zit een bericht van Kapitein Grant, die schipbreuk heeft geleden in de Stille Oceaan. De boodschap, die in een fles is gestopt, vraagt om hulp. Lord Glenarvan, die de boodschap vindt, is vastbesloten om Kapitein Grant te vinden. Hij reist samen met zijn vrouw Lady Helena en zijn vriend, de Franse professor Paganel, naar Brazilië, waar ze denken dat Kapitein Grant vastzit. De reis is gevaarlijk, maar ze worden geholpen door de kinderen van Kapitein Grant, die hun vader al jaren niet meer hebben gezien. Ze bezoeken samen verschillende landen, waaronder Argentinië en Patagonië, op zoek naar hun vader. De reis is vol avontuur, gevaar en nieuwe ontdekkingen. Ze ontmoeten verschillende mensen en leren veel over de wereld. Uiteindelijk vinden ze Kapitein Grant op een eiland in de Stille Oceaan en is de familie weer herenigd.Book Details
