'Little Colonel's Christmas Vacation' Summary
The Little Colonel's Christmas Vacation is a delightful story about a young girl's journey of self-discovery and growth. Lloyd Sherman, the Little Colonel, is a spirited and independent girl who loves her home and family in Lloydsboro Valley. When she is sent away to boarding school for the first time, she is excited for the new experience. However, she soon becomes homesick and lonely.
