More Jataka Tales

by Ellen C. Babbitt

A collection of 33 ancient Indian folk tales, the Jataka Tales are believed to be some of the oldest stories in the world. These tales were originally told by the Buddha to illustrate moral lessons and teach about the Buddhist path. Each tale follows the adventures of a different animal character, and they often feature themes of kindness, compassion, and the importance of following the right path.
