'Texan Scouts' Summary
Ned Fulton is a young man living in Texas during the Mexican-American War. When the war breaks out, Ned joins the fight for Texan independence. He quickly learns the horrors of war, but he also finds courage and strength. Along the way, he meets historical figures such as Sam Houston and William Travis. Ned's journey is a coming-of-age story set against the backdrop of one of the most important events in Texan history.Book Details
