Wizard
'Wizard' Summary
On a Sunday afternoon in an English church, a young man named Horace Holly begins to question the existence of miracles. He travels to Africa in search of adventure and to test his faith. There, he encounters a group of natives who have been waiting for centuries for the return of a white man who will lead them to a promised land. Horace finds himself drawn into their lives and their beliefs, and he begins to experience strange and inexplicable events. As he delves deeper into the African wilderness, Horace's faith is tested to its limits. He witnesses miracles and wonders, and he comes to believe in the power of the human spirit. Ultimately, he discovers that the greatest miracle is not the one that he has been seeking, but the one that has been waiting for him all along.Book Details
