The Rover Boys are back in camp, this time at Putnam Hall, and they're up to their old tricks. With their new rivals, led by the lanky and surly Lew Flapp, the Rovers find themselves in one adventure after another. Old nemesis Arnold Baxter is also on the loose, and the boys must use all their skills to outwit him. Along the way, they'll make new friends, learn valuable lessons, and have plenty of laughs.
