'Ben, The Luggage Boy; Or, Among the Wharves' Summary
Ben, a young boy, runs away from home and ends up living on the streets. He finds work as a luggage boy at a wharf, and befriends a group of other boys who are also living on the streets. Together, they face the challenges of poverty, hunger, and homelessness, but they also find friendship and support from each other.
