'Ehestandstragödie' Summary
Eine reiche Witwe, die nach Liebe und Geborgenheit sucht, heiratet einen charmanten Mann, der jedoch keinerlei Vermögen besitzt. Schnell wird die Ehe von Streitigkeiten und Misstrauen überschattet. Der Mann verschwindet spurlos, und die Witwe steht vor einem Rätsel. Die Kammerzofe gibt eine Aussage, die die Ermittlungsbehörden auf den Plan ruft und eine Reihe von verdächtigen Personen in den Fokus rückt.
