En *Eutifrón*, Sócrates se encuentra con Eutifrón, quien está en camino de presentar cargos contra su propio padre por homicidio. Eutifrón afirma estar actuando con piedad, lo que lleva a Sócrates a cuestionar la naturaleza misma de la piedad.
