'Frau in Weiß Band 1' Summary
Walter Hartright, a young art teacher, encounters a mysterious woman dressed in white who claims to be the sister of the deceased wife of the wealthy and sinister Sir Percival Glyde. This encounter throws Walter into the lives of Laura Fairlie, a beautiful and innocent young woman, and her cousin Marian Halcombe, a strong-willed and intelligent woman.
