Imitation De Jésus-Christ

Imitation de Jésus-Christ

by Thomas a Kempis

Imitation de Jésus-Christ is a classic work of Christian spirituality written by Thomas a Kempis in the 15th century. It is a collection of four books that offer guidance on how to live a Christian life. The first book, "Avis utiles pour entrer dans la vie intérieure," provides advice on how to enter into a life of prayer and meditation. The second book, "Instruction pour avancer dans la vie intérieure," offers guidance on how to grow in the spiritual life. The third book, "De la vie intérieure," explores the nature of the interior life and how to find God within oneself. The fourth book, "Du sacrement de l'Eucharistie," discusses the importance of the Eucharist in the Christian life. Imitation de Jésus-Christ has been translated into many languages and is considered one of the most important works of Christian spirituality ever written.
