'Listeners' Summary
Listeners is a short story about a group of children who are playing in the woods on Halloween night. They hear strange noises and see strange things, and they start to get scared. They run home and tell their parents what they saw, but their parents don't believe them. The children go back to the woods the next night, and they see the strange things again. This time, they are followed by a group of adults who are also listening to the strange noises. The adults are also scared, and they run away. The children are left alone in the woods, and they are never seen again.Book Details
