In the fog-shrouded streets of Victorian London, fear grips the city as a chilling series of murders plagues the capital. The killer, known only as "The Avenger", preys upon young blonde women. Amidst the terror, a mysterious lodger arrives at the Bunting household, captivating Daisy, the family's blonde model daughter.
