'Marietta: A Maid of Venice' Summary
Zorzi Ballarin and Angelo Beroviero, both skilled glassblowers of Murano, are rivals for the affection of the beautiful Marietta. However, their rivalry extends beyond love. Zorzi is a master craftsman, renowned for his innovative glassmaking techniques, while Angelo, a lesser talent, is consumed by jealousy.
