This book presents the history and description of the Mount Rushmore National Memorial, one of the most iconic colossal sculptures in the world. Originally conceived by Doane Robinson of South Dakota, the memorial was designed by renowned sculptor Gutzon Borglum, who also oversaw its construction along with his son Lincoln. It depicts four U.S. Presidents – Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Theodore Roosevelt.
