In the decaying river town of Davy's Bend, a solitary house named 'The Locks' holds a secret history shrouded in whispers and fear. The town's inhabitants have long observed a single light flickering from one room of the house each night, while a forbidden room remains shrouded in an impenetrable veil. The arrival of a mysterious stranger who purchases 'The Locks' stirs a sense of unease and curiosity. As the stranger's intentions remain veiled, the town's carefully guarded secrets threaten to surface, revealing a truth that has been carefully buried for years.
