'Secret of Lonesome Cove' Summary
A body is found on the beach of Lonesome Cove, a secluded New England town. Nobody recognizes the dead woman, and the townspeople are quick to dismiss her death as an accident. Only Chester Kent, a newcomer to the town, suspects foul play. As he investigates the circumstances surrounding the woman's death, he uncovers a web of secrets and suspicions. The local officials, including the sheriff, the attorney, and the doctor, all seem to have something to hide.
