'Wanted - A Pedigree' Summary
Nina Clemmens was adopted as a baby and has always felt like an outsider. When her parents die, she goes to live with her religious aunt, who mistreats her because of her temper and her origin. Nina has been haunted by a woman in black for her whole life. She meets Dr. Monteith, a widower whose wife died in childbirth. Nina and Dr. Monteith fall in love, but their relationship is threatened by Nina's past and her aunt's disapproval. Will Nina be able to overcome her challenges and find happiness?
