Zwei Kindermärchen
'Zwei Kindermärchen' Summary
**Struwwelpeter** Struwwelpeter is a cautionary tale about a naughty boy named Conrad. Conrad refuses to listen to his parents, and as a result, he suffers a series of misfortunes. He gets his thumb cut off, his hair pulled out, and his nails bitten off. Finally, he is swallowed by a giant fish. **King Nutcracker and Poor Reinhold** King Nutcracker and Poor Reinhold is a whimsical tale about a sick boy named Reinhold. Reinhold dreams of a magical world where he is guided by a nutcracker. The nutcracker takes Reinhold on a journey through a forest, a castle, and a palace. Along the way, Reinhold meets a variety of characters, including a talking dog, a dancing bear, and a singing bird. Both stories in Zwei Kindermärchen are full of imagination and humor. They are a reminder that even the most disobedient children can learn from their mistakes and that the power of imagination can help us through difficult times.Book Details
