'Bill of Divorcement' Summary
A Bill of Divorcement tells the story of Meg Fairfield, a middle-aged woman whose life is thrown into turmoil when her husband, Hilary, escapes from a mental hospital after nearly twenty years. Meg must now confront her own feelings about Hilary, as well as the impact his illness has had on her daughter, Sydney, and her fiancé, Kit.
