'Evil Shepherd' Summary
A businessman is found dead, stabbed through the heart. The prime suspect is his business partner, Oliver Hilditch. Hilditch appears headed for the gallows, but the brilliant defense attorney Francis Ledsam steps in and delivers a masterful defense, securing his client's acquittal. Ledsam, however, is soon confronted by Hilditch's wife, who reveals a shocking truth: her husband is guilty of far more heinous crimes than the murder. Ledsam is now caught in a web of deception. Torn between his feelings for the woman and his strong sense of justice, Ledsam grapples with a deeply challenging moral dilemma. He must confront his own principles and decide whether to expose the truth, even if it means shattering the lives of those involved. 'Evil Shepherd' is a compelling story that delves into the depths of human nature, exploring the complexities of love, betrayal, and the pursuit of justice.Book Details
