Harrington
'Harrington' Summary
Harrington is a young man who is struggling to understand his own prejudices against Jews. He has been raised in a household where antisemitism is the norm, and he has never really questioned his own beliefs. However, when he goes to public school, he meets a Jewish boy named Jacob who challenges his assumptions. Jacob is a kind and intelligent boy, and Harrington begins to realize that his own prejudices are based on ignorance and fear. Through his friendship with Jacob, Harrington learns to see Jews as individuals, and he begins to question the antisemitism that he has been taught.Book Details
