'His Dog' Summary
Following a stormy night, Link Ferris finds an injured collie on his way home and decides to nurse it back to health. The two form a strong bond, and Link names the dog Chum. Chum proves to be a valuable asset to Link's farm, helping with daily chores and protecting the livestock. However, Chum's original owners have been searching for him, and Link must confront the difficult decision of whether to keep the dog he has come to love or return him to his rightful owners.Book Details
