Cloudy Jewel
'Cloudy Jewel' Summary
Julia Cloud, the eldest and most responsible of her family, has spent her life caring for others. She raised her younger siblings after their father's death and their mother's long illness, ultimately dedicating years to her mother's care. Following her mother's passing, Julia's sister, Ellen, expects her to move in and take care of her four children, essentially becoming their housekeeper and nanny. However, Julia's niece and nephew arrive from California, bringing a surprise that alters her life's trajectory. Their presence offers Julia an opportunity she never envisioned, presenting a chance for personal growth and a potential path to her own happiness. Through a blend of familial obligations, unexpected opportunities, and blossoming possibilities, 'Cloudy Jewel' explores the strength of family bonds, the power of selflessness, and the ever-present potential for love and happiness even in the face of hardship.Book Details
