Apollonius of Tyre is an ancient Greek novella that tells the story of a young prince who is forced to flee his kingdom after his father is murdered. Apollonius travels to various countries, where he encounters many adventures and mishaps. Along the way, he falls in love with a beautiful princess, but their love is tested by a series of misfortunes. Despite the challenges they face, Apollonius and the princess eventually find their way back to each other and live happily ever after.
