As days turn into weeks, Sophonisba's curiosity about the empty house intensifies. Eager to unravel its secrets, she enlists the help of her friend, Jabez Jarber, and a diligent servant, Trottle. Together, they embark on a journey to uncover the truth hidden within the walls of the mysterious property.
