John Dough and the Cherub tells the story of John Dough, a six-foot gingerbread man who comes to life after a baker's wife inadvertently mixes a potent magical elixir into her dough. The elixir, a gift from an evil Arabian sorcerer, was intended to grant immortality but was accidentally ingested by John Dough.
