A Noite na Taverna é uma antologia de cinco contos do autor brasileiro Álvares de Azevedo. Foi publicada sob o pseudônimo Job Stern, postumamente. O livro se estrutura como uma moldura contendo as narrativas de um grupo de cinco rapazes se abrigando em uma taverna. É considerado um dos poucos exemplares de ficção gótica na literatura brasileira, posto que as narrativas são repletas de morbidez e lascívia, figurados em amores não-correspondidos, canibalismo, assassinatos, violência sexual e alcoolismo.Book Details
