Wampir is a novel that explores the dark side of human nature and the dangers of delving into the unknown. The protagonist, Zenon, is a Polish poet who emigrates to London and finds himself drawn into a world of mystery and danger after he becomes involved with a group of spiritualists. As Zenon delves deeper into the world of spirits and the supernatural, he finds himself increasingly isolated from the people he loves and becomes increasingly obsessed with the beautiful and mysterious Daisy, who is connected to evil forces.
