'Poème du Mois - 007 Le dormeur du val' Summary
Le poème "Le Dormeur du Val" présente un soldat jeune, apparemment endormi dans un vallon paisible. La scène est décrite avec des images vives de la nature : une rivière qui chante, des herbes verdoyantes, le soleil brillant. Le soldat semble paisible, dormant dans le soleil, mais le lecteur découvre avec horreur qu'il est mort, avec deux trous de balle dans sa poitrine. Le contraste entre la beauté de la nature et la brutalité de la mort est frappant et laisse le lecteur réfléchir sur la fragilité de la vie et la cruauté de la guerre.
