'Rebellion' Summary
Rebellion is a novel about love, faith, and the struggle for justice. The story follows Mary O'Neill, a young woman who is torn between her love for Michael O'Day, a man accused of murder, and her religious beliefs. Mary is determined to clear Michael's name, even if it means going against her faith.
Mary is a devout Catholic who believes that marriage should only be between one man and one woman. However, she falls in love with Michael, a Protestant who is already married. Mary's faith is put to the test when she learns that Michael is accused of murdering his wife. She knows that Michael is innocent, but she is also afraid of what her church will say if she marries him.
