'Roos van Dekama' Summary
Roos van Dekama is een historische roman die de strijd van de Friezen voor hun vrijheid tegen de Hollanders in 1341 vertelt. Het verhaal draait om Roos van Dekama, een jonge vrouw die betrokken raakt bij de opstand en haar rol in de strijd. De roman is gesitueerd in het middeleeuwse Nederland en geeft een beeld van de sociale en politieke situatie van die tijd. Het boek belicht thema's als moraal, moed en de complexiteit van de menselijke natuur.
