'Shadow of the North' Summary
The novel begins with the young men being captured by a group of Indians. They are taken to a remote village and held captive. The men must find a way to escape and return to their own people. Along the way, they encounter a variety of challenges, including a brutal winter, attacks by wild animals, and the constant threat of capture. Despite the challenges, the men never give up hope. They work together to overcome the obstacles and eventually make their way back to safety.Book Details
