Immature Mr. Tresevant, the new pastor of the church in Newton, is immediately challenged by the people of the town. He is used to being the center of attention, and he is not used to being told what to do. However, the people of Newton are not afraid to speak their minds. They are a close-knit community, and they are not afraid to stand up for what they believe in. Mr. Tresevant quickly learns that he must change his ways if he wants to be successful in his new role. With the help of his wife and the people of the town, Mr. Tresevant eventually learns to become a wise and respected pastor.Book Details
