'Zweikampf' Summary
In the late Middle Ages, Duke Wilhelm von Breysach is murdered by an arrow. The arrow is traced to his brother, Count Jakob the Redbeard, who is accused of fratricide for power. Jakob denies the charge, claiming he was with the virtuous Lady Littegarde von Auerstein on the night of the murder. The investigation uncovers a web of intrigue and political maneuvering, and the truth behind Wilhelm's death remains elusive.Book Details
