'K-Factor' Summary
Set in a future where humanity has spread throughout the galaxy, 'K-Factor' presents a world where wars have become extinct thanks to a scientific breakthrough. The K-Factor, a genetically engineered element introduced into the human genome, effectively eliminates the capacity for violence and aggression. However, this seemingly idyllic existence comes at a steep price. Individuals are stripped of their raw emotions, their desires and ambitions controlled by a carefully engineered social system. The story follows the journey of a group of characters who, while outwardly conforming to the norms of their society, harbor secret desires for a life beyond the boundaries of the K-Factor's control. Through their individual struggles and acts of rebellion, they challenge the very foundations of this seemingly perfect society, ultimately questioning the true meaning of peace and freedom.Book Details
