'Life and Doctrine of St. Catherine of Genoa' Summary
Saint Catherine of Genoa was born into a noble family in Genoa, Italy, in 1447. She spent her early years living a life of luxury and privilege. However, after a series of personal tragedies, she had a profound conversion experience and dedicated her life to serving the poor and the sick. Catherine founded several hospitals and orphanages, and she spent her life caring for the sick and dying. She died in 1510, and she was canonized by Pope Clement XII in 1737.Book Details
