'Man of the Desert' Summary
Hazel Radcliffe, a young woman raised in privilege, escapes a demanding suitor only to find herself hopelessly lost in the vast Arizona desert. She collapses from exhaustion and is found by John Brownleigh, a devoted missionary who lives nearby.
